A Magical Minute.
I was walking out of the car park near our church today when a lady I know rolled down the window of her car to wish me a Merry Christmas. We chatted for awhile and before we parted, [me to do some shopping and she to go to mass] she gave me a lovely gift of a promise to light a candle in the church for me. Do you know what, it set me up for the day.
The idea that someone was lighting a candle especially for me really meant something and I carried the intention with me for the rest of the day. I can't really explain why today it resonated so much but it did and it felt good.
There's something powerful in knowing that good intentions are being sent to you. It's like an invisible wave of energy and support which is uplifting and positive.
It really can change the course of a day and is so simple but so powerful.
Don't underestimate these little moments whether you are giving or receiving.
I certainly don't.
This candle is for you all.
Receive and welcome it into your heart and set your own intentions.
God Bless and Merry Christmas.
