My Feet ..Part Two!

HAPPY FEET........HAPPY FEET.........HAPPY FEET.........HAPPY FEET............HAPPY FEET............HAPPY FEET..........

So ;my very first blog was a story about my poor auld feet and the wars they have been through in the 58 years they have walked this earth. You can find it by scrolling through my blog page. The biggest damage was the chemotherapy I had from breast cancer back in 2000. It did a great job curing me but it did leave its mark here and there. My poor toe nails suffered alot to the point that every summer I considered having the removed, but just couldn’t face the pain!!!! Instead I'd hide them away inside my closed shoes and clogs. This winter I heard about good old castor oil. I need to emphsise here that I'm not being paid by Mr Castor oil to promote their product.!

NEWS FLASH!

GOOD OLD FASHIONED CASTOR OIL TO THE RESCUE.

Now my memories of castor oil aren’t exactly funny ones. Taken orally to induce labour was one of its uses back in the day. Taken orally was not for the faint hearted so don’t even consider it. Lets just say colonic irrigation is a walk in the park compared to ingesting that stuff. Anyway about a year go I read an article about it's wide range of uses and what fascinating read it was. Just goggle "castor oil health benefits" and you will see for yourself. Now I know dear old google can tell us all sorts of "fake news" but I'm always open to reading anything with an open mind.

I’m a great believer in old remedies that are natural and only cost peanuts so off I went a bought a bottle for the princely sum of 8 euro or so. I started massaging it into my toenails every night over the winter because seemingly it’s a wonderful treatment for damaged nails. My nightly routine became as regular as clockwork and amazingly I started to notice a slow and steady difference as my tired old nails started to soften and grow slowly but didnt want to say anything it case it was too good to be true.. Then I read about its uses for hair growth, [did I tell you i have thin hair too?] so as well as my feet I started to massage it into my scalp as well .

That went on every night over the winter and I still have over a half a bottle of the stuff left. It’s very thick and gloopy so you only need a small bit at a time. And by the way I see a definite improvement in my hair .

.

THE FINAL BIT OF THE STORY!!!

I'm having a great summer buying lovley blingy open toed sandals! And I'm lovin the sales. I bought these yesterday . Now the girl was giving me funny looks when I took a photo of my feet, sure she dosent understand? I cant stop looking at them ! Mmmmmmm I wonder what she said when I left the shop,.Do I care....hell no!!

THE BIG REVEAL.

Wait until I share with you the benifits of breadsoda, the ease of epsom salts.and all the good old products that are full of magic and cost peanuts None of those madly expensive highly marketed products for this old gal and at 58 and a bit I dont look a dy over 21.. Lots of love Bernie
